Average Accounts Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Average Accounts Clerk to provide financial support to our operations. This role is ideal for individuals with accounting experience and administrative skills.
About the Role:
- Support all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Review and verify retail collection payments
- Process payments to suppliers and resolve any related issues
- Liaise with vendors regarding invoice or payment-related matters
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Respond to enquiries from clients via phone or email
- Generate staff purchase invoices and maintain accurate records
- Prepare overtime (OT) reports and review staff leave records
- Provide administrative and office support as needed
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / Diploma in Accounting or related field preferred
- Must have accounting experience or at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Prior experience in accounting or administrative support is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MYOB accounting software preferred
- Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with standard bookkeeping processes required
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills essential
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively
