  • Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain F&B hygiene standards.
  • Conduct maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
  • Manage expense control, monitor food costs, minimize wastage, and uphold quality standards according to set targets.
  • Administer inventory receiving procedures effectively.
  • Evaluate processes to enhance food quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate orientation and training programs for team members.
  • Assist in staffing decisions for the team.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry, specifically as a Pastry Baker.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of pastry techniques and hold a relevant certificate in pastry-making or baking.
  • Familiarity with production routines is essential.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
