Job Overview

As a key member of the LE-RENZO PTE. LTD. team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the QS in tendering MEP design for electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. Additionally, they will handle project management for ID fit-out works, manage sub-contractors and workers, and oversee LEW testing. The ideal candidate will also assist the PM and Director in project management and design ID fit-out works, GCB, and industrial building MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist QS in tendering MEP design for electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
2. Manage project for ID fit-out works, including coordination with sub-contractors and workers.
3. Oversee LEW testing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Assist PM and Director in project management and design ID fit-out works, GCB, and industrial building MEP works.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Familiarity with public sector projects and administration
• Experience in MEP design and project management
