Futures Trader and Sales Professional

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Futures Trader and Sales Professional to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for executing client trading instructions in a timely and compliant manner, managing margin calls and forced liquidations, developing sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market regulations and industry practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely resolution of client queries and issues.

Additionally, this role requires proficiency in relevant software and trading platforms, sound knowledge of financial products, derivatives, and risk management principles, and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, statistics or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in futures trading and clearing
  • CMFAS modules RES2A and CM-SIP
  • Excellent knowledge of margin call procedures and forced liquidation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to execute trading instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Sound knowledge of financial products and derivatives
  • Proficiency in relevant software and trading platforms
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
