Our Front Office is looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, handling guest check-ins and room assignments, processing payments, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Process guest check-ins and room assignments, following hotel policies and accommodating special requests.
- Assist with luggage, safety deposit boxes, guest room keys, transportation, etc.
- Collect payments in accordance with cash handling and credit card policies.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and manage same-day and future bookings, including cancellations.
- Perform night audits and prepare reports.
- Handle loyalty program inquiries, including management of Bonvoy memberships.
- Maintain punctuality, proper grooming, and professionalism.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
- Required languages: English and preferably one other spoken language.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills required: Opera, Marriott systems, hotel operations, diligence, trustworthiness, articulation.
