About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Wintel Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering and troubleshooting Windows Servers, with a focus on Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, and other related systems.

As a Wintel Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with various storage solutions, including SAN environments and storage space management. You will also be involved in configuring and managing file systems and quotas, as well as setting up FTP and SFTP clients and servers.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. You will also have a strong customer-focused approach and good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Servers, including Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, and other related systems.
  • Configure and manage various storage solutions, including SAN environments and storage space management.
  • Set up and manage file systems and quotas, as well as FTP and SFTP clients and servers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • 8 years of system administration experience.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Diploma in Computers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MCSE or VMware certification.
