Senior Nursing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating clinical practice settings and standards of care for patients requiring community care and supportive/palliative care. You will work closely with nursing staff, physicians, interdisciplinary teams and community partners to provide optimal support to our patients. Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of patients, acting as a clinical resource person to nursing staff, and adopting evidence-based clinical practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A recognized General Nursing qualification and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
- A degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent in Neuroscience specialty is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical working experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Experience in community nursing and/or palliative care is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
