Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing security automation workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across engineering and operations.

  • You will leverage Generative AI to support automation, accelerate decision-making, and improve outcomes across multiple Information Security domains.
  • Develop and integrate cloud-native security controls, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to DevSecOps practices and collaborate with offshore development teams to support secure development environments.
  • Lead end-to-end deployment of security tools, including requirement gathering, vendor evaluation, proof-of-concept implementation, and handover.
  • Maintain and enhance cybersecurity toolsets through regular tuning, upgrades, and lifecycle refresh planning.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or equivalent roles are required.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) is necessary.
  • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud-native security controls is a must.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in security contexts is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing cybersecurity tool lifecycles and leading solution deployments, including RFQs, is preferred.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, or equivalent are beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently across multiple teams are crucial.
