Job Title: Skincare Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional skincare experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch skincare treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform various skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, anti-aging care, eyebrow embroidery, eyelash extensions, and bridal makeup.
2. Schedule client appointments and ensure efficient use of time.
3. Conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations to advise customers on suitable skincare products and treatments.
4. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client queries and needs.
5. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene standards.
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and provide support when needed.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a spa setting.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and basic English language skills.
  • Well-groomed appearance and a presentable demeanor.
  • Beauty or facial knowledge and expertise.
