The Deputy Managing Director, Real Estate will play a pivotal role in supporting the senior leadership team in overseeing real estate investment and development portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute company strategies for real estate and investments.
  • Pursue new acquisitions, partnerships, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring commercial viability, timely completion, and alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize existing assets for long-term value creation.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INVESTORS, GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES, AND PARTNERS.
  • Advocate for sustainability and innovation across the portfolio.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 15 years of experience in real estate development, investments, and hospitality or mixed-use projects.
  • Expertise in finance, market analysis, project management, and regulatory compliance.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex developments and driving business growth.
  • A commercially astute leader with excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • An undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
