Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Workplace Safety & Health initiatives.

  • Develop and oversee the operational framework for maintaining a safe and healthy workforce environment.
  • Strategically plan and review resource allocation to balance competing priorities.
  • Drive the development and implementation of our Occupational Health and Staff Protection framework.
  • Act as Secretariat for the Workplace Safety & Health Council and Occupational Health Committee.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of new Workplace Safety projects and programs.
  • Assess program effectiveness and lead continuous improvements to ensure objectives are met.
  • Prevent and manage workplace abuse or harassment, including post-incident support, training, and preventive measures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Workplace Safety and Health.
  • Experience in Occupational Health is an advantage.
