Senior Clinical Trials Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Assistant Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional communication talents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project manage multi-site clinical trials from start-up to close-out.
2. Ensure timely funding and payment throughout the trial duration.
3. Liaise with vendors for outsourced activities such as site monitoring, biological samples testing, data management, and clinical supplies.
4. Review and maintain the trial master file.
5. Perform quality checks on site clinical trial documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree in life science, biomedical sciences, or related field.
- At least 4 years of clinical trial experience, including minimum 1 year of clinical trial management experience.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
