Job Title: Nursing Care Specialist

The Nursing Care Specialist will be responsible for implementing standard operating procedures and nursing home policies. This includes medication administration, proper documentation, and conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement.

The role will also involve making rounds in the wards, taking note of residents' issues, and working with the superior to find solutions. Additionally, they will supervise and coach junior staff members.

  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and nursing home policies
  • Medication administration

  • Conduct internal audit, carry out corrective and preventive measures for non-compliance/ discrepancies
  • Make rounds in the wards, take note of residents' issues, promptly highlight to superior and work together for solution

Requirements:

  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Able to perform 6-day work week, rotating day-shift
