Main Purpose of the Job To provide the full suite of MEP cost and commercial management project services typically expected of our Clients in the Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, Aviation, Data Centre, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) / Office Fit Out, Advanced Manufacturing/R&D sector.

We deliver full MEP cost and commercial management services from project inception to completion, including but not limited to:

  • Budget establishment
  • Cost estimation
  • Cost reporting
  • Consultant and contractor procurement
  • Valuations
  • Contract administration
  • Change control and administration

Additionally, we provide valuable insights and expertise to help clients make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
