Front of House Barista

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a skilled and passionate professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing latte art and maintain the highest standards of presentation.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service to guests at all times.
- Serve food and beverages, making recommendations based on personal preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure accurate order entry and payment processing using Point of Sale systems.
- Verify correct charges and provide proof of payment in a timely manner.
- Comply with company service standards and protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of service tools and service areas.
- Clean tables, prepare table plans, complete closing duties, and restock supplies as needed.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a restaurant environment.
- Possess a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service standards.
- Demonstrate an outgoing personality and high level of motivation with initiative.
- Be positive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Prefers holding a recognized Basic Food Hygiene Certification.
- Maintain clean and hygienic practices when handling food and beverages.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Available to work weekends and public holidays.
