Senior Manager of Data and AI Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the transformation of our data and AI capabilities at Careerns@Gov. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization by developing and implementing a comprehensive data and AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a data and AI strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, leading to improved decision-making and innovation across the organization.
  • Data Infrastructure and Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • RPA, AI and Machine Learning Innovation: Drive the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to solve key business problems, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and incorporating new technologies where applicable.
  • Analytics and Insights: Oversee the creation of advanced analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for business leaders, ensuring data analytics efforts are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with various business units to understand their data needs, providing tailored solutions and presenting insights and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the data and AI department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively, and overseeing vendor relationships and third-party service agreements related to data and AI services.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing data and AI strategies at scale.
  • You possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary range of $160,000 - $240,000, depending on experience.
