Sales and Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As Senior / Sales Manager for Orchard Rendezvous & Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, you will represent the hotel professionally, upholding proper grooming standards and conduct, to effectively present the hotel product and services.
- Execute day-to-day sales activities including telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment, and virtual presentations.
- Generate new sales leads and establish new accounts to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular sales calls and site inspections to foster loyalty.
- Manage leads and enquiries, providing suitable solutions promptly and staying compliant with statutory regulations and internal guidelines.
- Foster a culture of excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and organisational skills, as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills, to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue, ensuring timely updates to superiors and the team on activities and market information.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and organisational skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
