Job Title: Senior Financial Investigator

As a Restructuring and Forensic Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of complex engagements, analyzing financial records and transactions to gather evidence for litigation support purposes, and advising clients in restructuring, insolvency and litigation support engagements.

You will work closely with clients to identify key business issues affecting operations and profitability, and develop solutions to problems while providing value to clients. Your expertise will be utilized to maximize business values and asset realization for stakeholders' benefit.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of complex engagements
  • Analyze financial records and transactions to gather evidence for litigation support purposes
  • Advise clients in restructuring, insolvency and litigation support engagements
  • Identify key business issues affecting operations and profitability
  • Develop solutions to problems and provide value to clients

In addition, you will be required to:

  • Participate in teams investigating complaints, analyzing causes of underperformance and business performance of corporate clients for debt restructuring and stakeholder value restoration
  • Contribute to teams gathering expert evidence and advice in legal proceedings and forensic assignments, including fact-finding financial and non-financial reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification recognized by professional bodies
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field or audit/ advisory experience
  • Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
