Real Estate Fund Administration Role

This strategic position involves overseeing the administration of real estate funds, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.

  • Lead a team in providing comprehensive fund accounting/administration services to real estate clients, contributing to the effective management of day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and review Net Asset Value calculations and reports, maintaining a working understanding of fund documentation and applying its terms to financial reporting and income/expense allocations.
  • Coordinate investor servicing activities, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current accounting principles, identifying solutions for issues and developing process improvements.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Establish strong relationships with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to facilitate smooth service delivery and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Contribute to the new funds on-boarding process, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.
  • Act as primary client contact for daily operational discussions, issue resolution, and other requests.
  • Resolve client queries in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvement and increased operational efficiency, driving enhancements to existing controls and processes.
  • Ensure teams adhere to established controls and procedures for NAV computation, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of client deliverables.
