Financial Manager with Reporting and Analysis Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our organization's financial corporate department by focusing on reporting, financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance.

  • Reporting

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to these requirements.

  • Develop strong relationships with the accounting team to guarantee efficient communication and collaboration.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead the budgeting process for both capital expenditure and working capital requirements for all businesses and legal entities. Prepare and review financial and management accounts. Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts, including revenue, expense, and profitability projections.

Commercial Finance

  • Support pricing decisions and profitability analysis. Manage working capital and ensure efficient cash flow management. Monitor and manage financial risks associated with commercial activities.

Requirements

  • A qualified chartered accountant with 3-4 years of experience in finance, preferably from the manufacturing sector. Knowledge of SAP modules is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales/commercial finance and FP&A roles. A degree in accounting or a related field is essential.
  • 5-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of French may be beneficial.
