Job Title: Hotel Reservations Executive
Job Summary:
Marina Bay Sands is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Reservations Executive to join our team. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized assistance to guests with planning and booking reservations for Integrated Resort products and services.
- Understand guests' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Deliver high-touch experiences aligned with our Company Service Strategy to all guests.
- Handle first-level complaints with a pleasant disposition and agility.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel information and events to provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel reservations, concierge, or customer service roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in English; multilingual is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
- Customer-centric attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
