Global Logistics Associate Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team responsible for ongoing transformation projects in the logistics sector.

  • The successful candidate will manage and update shipment data accurately in internal and external systems.
  • They will also monitor incoming shipments, permit declarations, and dangerous goods compliance to ensure all regulatory procedures are followed.
  • In addition, the individual will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and overseas offices to handle customer bookings, resolve cargo irregularities, and support claims processes.
  • Responsibilities will also include verifying and processing freight invoices, maintaining billing accuracy, and ensuring customer-specific SOPs and global standards are met.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum diploma in logistics/supply chain management or a relevant field of studies is required.
  • At least 1~2 years of working experience in a similar position in freight forwarding is necessary.
