Job Overview

You will be the key client liaison for day-to-day matters from transactions to administrative requirements, ensuring a smooth service experience for both Relationship Managers and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in providing exceptional service to high net-worth clients and following up on client calls or queries.
  • Partnering with various stakeholders to ensure prompt transaction processing and delivery of client requirements.
  • Acting as key client proxy for initiating instructions, tracking transactions, preparing loan documentation, and escalating issues to Management when necessary.
  • Managing meetings and travel arrangements for Relationship Managers.


Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years' experience in a banking service role.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services such as foreign exchange, bonds, equities, derivatives, fund management products, and financial structures.
