Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sales & Operation Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling multiple overseas markets and coordinating day-to-day administration of public transport projects.

You will assist in tender submissions and sales enquiries, crafting cost-effective proposals based on client needs. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to plan and complete projects on time and with quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders. They will also have a passion for process improvement and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Mandarin language (for overseas market handling)
  • Strong winning attitude with passion to seek ways on improving product deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of project coordination or project handling experience from automotive industry (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Preferred education in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting and Finance
