We are a reputable transportation company seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office activities, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting our operations staff in preparing and maintaining bus schedules, driver rosters, and route plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration
  1. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  2. Maintain and update company records, including employee files, vehicle logs, and compliance documentation.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Customer Service Support
  1. Address inquiries from passengers, clients, and stakeholders via phone and in person.
  2. Assist in handling complaints and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure passenger satisfaction.
Scheduling and Coordination
  1. Support operations staff in preparing and maintaining bus schedules, driver rosters, and route plans.
  2. Communicate updates on delays, changes, or cancellations to drivers and passengers.
Compliance and Documentation
  1. Ensure all licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements are up-to-date.
  2. Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and route performance.
  3. Assist in audits and inspections by preparing necessary documentation.
Financial Administration
  1. Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget preparation.
  2. Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
  3. Coordinate with the accountant for payroll and billing tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) is a plus.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
