Job Overview
KINGSWAY MEDICAL (BRADDELL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role
This role involves providing exceptional patient care, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing front counter receptionist duties, including preparing and dispensing medications as required;
  • Assisting doctors during consultations and clinical procedures as necessary;
  • Maintaining accurate clinical data entry into the computer system;
  • Appling basic patient care principles;
  • Coordinating appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing other administrative tasks as directed;
  • Liasing with various insurance companies;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
  • Previous clinic and customer service experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Customer service orientation;
