Transportation Operator Role

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore with world-renowned parks connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. We are driving an exciting rejuvenation plan integrating five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

The Transportation Operator will be responsible for operating trams along designated routes, assisting guests with enquiries and feedback, providing assistance during tram emergency situations, working closely with tram technicians to ensure trams are in good working condition, and managing queue and crowd management at tram stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate trams safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with information and provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain tram safety
  • Collaborate with technicians to maintain tram quality and availability
  • Manage crowd flow and maintain order at tram stations
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
  • Class 3/3A Driving Licence required with minimum 1 year of driving experience
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with good communication skills
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
