We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Specialist to manage the order and fulfillment of new equipment and services across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full supply chain process for security-related equipment and services.
- Oversee order and fulfillment in partnership with internal teams and external vendors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Address supply chain issues, including delays, shortages, and vendor performance.
- Collaborate with security, procurement, and operations teams to align project goals and timelines.
- Provide senior management with regular updates on order status, vendor performance, and risks.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure optimal value and service.
- Stay informed on industry trends and supply chain best practices within the security sector.
- Background from a system integrator within the security industry, with an understanding of how different components interact.
- Previous experience in Sales Assistant, Account Management, or Procurement within the security or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the supply chain process, particularly with respect to order fulfillment and vendor management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across a large geographical area (APAC experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to navigate and resolve supply chain challenges efficiently and proactively.
- Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
