The successful candidate will adopt evidence-based approaches to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs, contributing to the attainment of high-quality education and the production of effective, efficient, and skilled nurses who are able to respond to the health needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing education programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that nursing education programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Min. Degree in Nursing
- Valid SNB & BCLS
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Education will be an added advantage
