Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and be able to design, build, test, and implement RPA solutions.

The Automation Specialist will work closely with our project teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop business cases to support the adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our organization's efficiency and productivity.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions
  • Motivate project teams in the execution of day-to-day tasks and in the development of their RPA skills and abilities
  • Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices
  • Support project managers in managing project timelines, quality, and client relationships
  • Work with the team to ensure that all project documents are maintained
  • Work with the team to execute RPA projects by analyzing and designing process workflows, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in RPA projects
  • Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; capable of designing, building, testing, and implementing RPA workflows; understanding of process analysis and automation lifecycle
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; able to support project management activities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Blue Prism Developer, or other relevant RPA certifications preferred
