Installation Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Technician to join our team.

About the Role

The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing various types of furniture and equipment at customer locations. This includes performing quality customer service, assisting with loading and unloading of boxes, ensuring cleanliness of customer location and delivery vehicle, and performing furniture assembly and installation as per manufacturer instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation of furniture and equipment at customer locations
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with loading and unloading of boxes and materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Physical fitness to carry heavy loads (up to 30KG)
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to your work
  • Good command of spoken English, Mandarin or Malay is a bonus
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license is a bonus
