Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our hotel rooms and public areas.

  • Clean and maintain pantries and hallways according to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Report any damage to carpets and upholstery.
  • Ensure daily work assignments and floor reports are received, correctly filled out, and returned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of back-of-the-house areas.
  • Stock floors with amenities.
  • Inform management when hallway carpets need cleaning or repair.
  • Collect garbage from pantries and dispose of it in the main recycling area.
  • Report any unusual or suspicious behavior of guests or staff.
  • Ensure grooming and uniform standards are adhered to.
  • Comply with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.
  • Perform duties courteously, safely, and efficiently in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
