About the Opportunity

As a seasoned professional, you will embark on a Cloud Data migration initiative working for a leading international bank. This pivotal role focuses on accompanying business changes related to data migration to Cloud.

You will serve as the Change Lead for the region, driving business areas across the region to adopt a Data cloud approach as a foundational part of their data strategy. From initial engagement to post-implementation support, you will guide business partners through every step of their journey. You'll also ensure alignment with group standards, best practices, and data models while working closely with the IT and architecture teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end onboarding experiences.

What You Will Do:

  • Shape the future of the platform by partnering with Product Managers, developers, and data stakeholders to transform business needs into innovative solutions.
  • Drive impact by supporting governance, steering the product roadmap, and delivering clear, insightful reporting that influences strategic decisions.
  • Lead from the front as an Analyst, producing top-quality work that pushes the product towards its long-term goals.
  • Champion data governance by embedding best practices across the platform and leveraging tools like the Data Dictionary to ensure consistency and trust.
  • Enable collaboration by working hand-in-hand with data producers and consumers to design clear, standardised data dictionaries and streamlined business processes.
  • Unlock the power of data by identifying and leveraging both internal and external data sources, always ensuring compliance with licensing restrictions and governance standards.
  • Be the voice that connects the dots — communicate clearly with stakeholders, users, and team members, providing regular progress updates and proactively managing competing priorities or potential conflicts.
  • Spot problems before they grow by constructively raising key risks and issues, ensuring they're addressed early in the process.
  • Stay ahead of change by continually assessing process risks in light of evolving legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements, operational practices, and new technological developments.

Your Experience:

  • 10 years of experience in large transformation programs within the Financial Services industry.
  • Exposure in Data migration to any Cloud system is a must.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data Management-related projects.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Securities, Asset Management, Fund Services industry.
  • Ability to implement Data Governance Framework within the Financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management ability.
