Senior System Architect for Complex Software Systems

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead Developer to drive the development of complex software systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and architect scalable containerized applications according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Lead migration of existing Virtual Machine (VM)-based software components to containerized platforms.
- Define and enforce development best practices, including documentation, unit testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and security.
- At least 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, messaging platforms like Solace PubSub+, IBM MQ, Oracle Database, SQL, JDBC, REST APIs, WebSocket, Single Sign-On (SSO), Web cache.
- Proven experience in system design, effort estimation, and architecture in complex enterprise systems.
- Experience migrating VM-based applications to containers.
- Familiarity with mobile web delivery using Flutter/Dart and server-driven UI rendering.
- Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes certification.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools, such as Apache JMeter.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of container security and compliance practices.
