Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive design briefs
  • Conduct thorough research on regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Investigate sites to identify potential design challenges and opportunities
  • Develop initial design concepts and refine them based on client feedback
  • Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and are feasible for construction
  • Consult with authorities to clarify regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
  • Assist clients in refining their design briefs and developing detailed design specifications
  • Develop detailed designs for exterior, interior, and landscape spaces
  • Enhance the aesthetic appeal of designs through analytical detailing
  • Translate design intent into working drawings and construction plans
  • Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and are feasible for construction
  • Provide clients with recommendations on materials and construction methods that align with design intent
  • Work closely with project administrators to develop Sketchup models and ensure accuracy
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent is met and troubleshoot any design issues
  • Assist with ad hoc design changes and conduct site inspections to verify completed work against design intent
  • Analyze design flaws and defects to improve future designs
Requirements
  • Strong passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design
  • Good knowledge of color selection and materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Sketch-up, 3D max, Revit, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and relish challenges
  • At least 8 years of experience (local or overseas) with a strong portfolio
  • Proactive and conscientious team player
