We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team at CHANG SENG SERVICES PTE LTD. As an Accounts Assistant - Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards by handling AP and AR effectively.
  • Identify, resolve, and follow up on discrepancies and outstanding matters arising from operations.
  • Liaise with creditors and debtors when required.
  • Update and maintain audit schedules on a timely basis.
  • Perform accounts reconciliations and assist in monthly closing of accounts.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above.
  • Able to work independently and meet stipulated deadlines.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as a team.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
  • Preferably Singaporean.
