Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Technology Compliance Specialist. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that our technology infrastructure is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT audit, risk management, and security governance, with experience working within large financial institutions or consulting firms serving financial clients.

This role will involve conducting pre-audit reviews, coordinating IT audits, managing responses to findings, and collaborating with risk management on annual assessments. The successful candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert on technology compliance matters and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field;
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or CISM;
  • 7-11 years of relevant experience in IT audit, risk management, and security governance within large financial institutions or consulting firms serving financial clients;
  • Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and industry best practices;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and drive; and
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
