As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for managing video projects from inception to completion, developing and executing creative strategies to manage and grow online communities, and driving follower engagement and increasing numbers through innovative and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise content ideas based on content pillars and develop engaging scripts to convey key messages and narratives.
  • Optimise resource utilisation and meet project requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Research and gather content that effectively conveys key messages and narratives, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
  • Organise logistics such as locations, casting, equipment procurement, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Manage deadlines and milestones to keep production on track and deliverables on schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment throughout the production process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in New Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent from a recognised institution.
  • In-depth knowledge of video production processes and ability to lead a production team.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven.
  • Meticulous in their work with high standards of excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Malay.
