Position Overview : We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Broker with a focus on international properties in key markets such as the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with global clients, identifying prospective buyers for overseas properties, guiding them through the sales process, and representing JLL at various industry events. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a proven history of meeting sales objectives, and the capability to represent the firm at professional gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential international clients interested in acquiring properties in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint the most appealing foreign properties for prospective buyers.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with international clients, including developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Offer expert guidance to international clients throughout the sales process, covering aspects such as property valuation, financing options, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners, including legal teams, property developers, and financial institutions, to ensure seamless transactions and high client satisfaction.
  • Organize property viewings for international clients, showcasing the unique attributes and investment potential of each listing.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and work with legal teams to ensure precise documentation and adherence to local regulations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and legal developments impacting foreign property investments in the targeted regions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and professionalism.
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote foreign properties and represent JLL in the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

  • A valid CEA RES license.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Sales Broker, ideally with a focus on international properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate markets in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple sales processes.
  • Familiarity with the legal and financial aspects of international property transactions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in industry events and exhibitions.
