Advanced Mechanical Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This role requires an individual who can drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective solutions to complex engineering features and components of our autonomous cleaning robot. They will also lead and manage a team of design engineers in the development of robotic hardware products, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the functionality and performance of our autonomous cleaning robot.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept generation to prototyping, testing, and final product release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in product management, design engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in product development, with a strong understanding of different methodologies such as Agile, Stage-Gate, Lean Product Development, and Design Thinking.
