About the Role

This is a Full-Time English Teaching position that involves teaching IGCSE, IB (SL/HL), and/or MYP English Language & Literature in small group and 1-on-1 settings. The role requires providing guidance on syllabus coverage, essay writing, comprehension, oral presentations, and exam techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching IGCSE, IB (SL/HL), and/or MYP English Language & Literature in small group and 1-on-1 settings
  • Providing guidance on syllabus coverage, essay writing, comprehension, oral presentations, and exam techniques
  • Conducting timed practices, mock assessments, and delivering targeted feedback
  • Creating engaging and effective lesson materials tailored to individual student needs
  • Tracking student progress and communicating regularly with parents or the academic team
  • Contributing to curriculum development and resource building

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English, with a strong grasp of English literature and academic writing. A passion for education and student mentorship is also essential.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $4,500 – $6,000/month, commensurate with experience, as well as performance and team-based incentives. Medical and dental coverage, as well as an annual professional development fund for training, conferences, or skill upgrades, are also provided.
