Project Manager for Building Construction Projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex building construction projects from planning to completion. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading and managing teams, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that all aspects of the project meet regulatory requirements.

  • Plan, design, and manage civil and structural works for building construction projects.\
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with regulations.\
  • Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of works.\
  • Work closely with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities for project coordination and approvals.\
  • Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide engineering solutions on site.\
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.\
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.\\[h2>Requirements:\
    • \
    • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.\
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.\
    • Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.\
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; BIM/Revit knowledge will be an advantage.\
    • Good project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.\
    • Able to work independently and as part of a project team.\
    • Experience in LTA projects is desirable.\
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.\
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.\
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.\
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
