Job Opportunity: BIM Modelling Expert

As a skilled BIM modeller, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and associated metadata. This involves applying architectural design knowledge to ensure accurate and consistent results.

  • Discipline-specific model geometry creation and management
  • Applying architectural design principles to ensure accuracy and consistency in BIM models
  • Producing drawings, plans, and documentation from BIM models
  • Familiarity with industry standards on annotating up to DD Stage level of production is required
  • Updating and maintaining the models as design changes occur
  • Coordinating with other design disciplines on design changes and discipline-specific model updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max
  • Certified Professional in Revit preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit family creation workflows, Revit/AutoCAD integration, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Navisworks, and BIM360 advantageous

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D Max skills
  • Experience in producing drawings, plans, and documentation from BIM models
  • Familiarity with industry standards on annotating up to DD Stage level of production
  • Coordination with other design disciplines
  • Dynamo script development and optimization
