We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Gas Vessel Operations Specialist to join our dynamic shipping company. The successful candidate will oversee commercial and operational activities across assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with charter-party terms and identifying cost-optimization opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned gas vessels, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily vessel operations, maintaining up-to-date trading and cargo information.
  • Manage billing, invoicing, and related expenses for charter hire, bunkers, brokerage, and more.
  • Support commercial, ship financing, and registration-related matters.
  • Track vessel movements, coordinate voyage execution, and ensure clear communication and legal compliance.

Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in gas vessel operations or commercial shipping.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial shipping industry, specifically gas carriers.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with ability to build relationships.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational processes.
