As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that develops innovative manufacturing solutions. Our company is committed to staying ahead of the curve in the security and identity markets, and we need your expertise to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing solutions that meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Leverage your knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive process excellence.
  • Work closely with suppliers to select and manage equipment and materials that meet our requirements.
  • Conduct qualification and validation activities to ensure smooth transitions to operations.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in industrialization and process engineering, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, industrial, or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in overmolding process and equipment design.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
