Job Title: Senior Care Center Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our senior care center in Canberra. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that high-quality care is provided to our clients.

You will work closely with our reporting officer to ensure that our policies and procedures are followed and that our center meets all relevant regulations. Additionally, you will provide support and guidance to our staff to help them deliver exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration">
  • Responsible to management in all matters pertaining to administration, operations, and control of the center">
  • Assist management in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements">
  • Service Development & Sustainability">
  • Assist in programme planning and services review of programmes">
  • Networking">
  • Participate in outreach to referral agencies, community organizations, and hospitals for client referrals to the center">
  • Operations/Professional Matters">
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary professional team including social workers, therapists, clinical support staff, and administrative staff">
  • Track the achievement of key performance indicators by providing progress reports and data analysis for planning and reporting purposes">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline related to business or health administration from a good University">
  • At least three years of experience in a senior care center or a related field">
  • Excellent management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team">
  • A preferred understanding and knowledge of the sector and dynamics">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills">
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills">
  • A commitment to service excellence and the highest standards of professionalism">
  • A strong sense of empathy and compassion for seniors and their families">
