About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of hairstylists, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of hairstylists in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
- Manage the salon's inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and other related services
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
