Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced external consultant to join our team. As the key APAC liaison with the global SAP project team, you will play a vital role in consolidating and refining documentation from various Finance Operations and Reporting teams across the APAC region.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining clear and comprehensive project documentation across all workstreams, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and driving change management processes planned for 2025. You will also work closely with APAC team leads to coordinate communications and ensure smooth adoption of new systems/processes.

In addition, you will attend and coordinate key meetings and calls across time zones, schedule discussions with local finance teams as needed, and handle project-related ad hoc tasks. Overseeing the work of one support staff member from an external service provider will also be part of your role.

To succeed in this position, you will require a degree in Accountancy or Finance, CPA qualification, prior insurance accounting experience, and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, are essential.

You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial systems, possess strong documentation and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
