Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of electricians and aircon workers, providing guidance, instruction, and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all electrical and aircon work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Electrical or Aircon or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a related field is highly beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the electrical industry, and familiarity with relevant state and federal codes and safety requirements.
