At Grasshopper, we are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the success of our trading operations in various markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success and be able to manage and optimize trading algorithms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-frequency trading strategies with quantitative analysis to identify market opportunities
  • Manage and optimize trading algorithms and systems, utilizing quantitative analysis to capitalize on market trends
  • Collaborate closely with our trading, research, and technology teams to develop and refine trading models and strategies
  • Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies as necessary to stay ahead of changing trends and dynamics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in high-frequency trading or portfolio management, with a strong track record of success
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and models to drive trading decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex trading strategies and market insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
